✵ Mindfulness and Origami ✵

Origami is a great way to practice mindfulness.  The art of paper folding requires much concentration, which can help to slow down breathing and relax the body. This is because you are being in the moment.  You are mindful.  I find that after doing some origami, I am always more calm and feel accomplished.  Down below are some links to a few of my preferred origami tutorials.  My personal favorite is the kawasaki rose.
